Shipping Policy

Turnaround

We strive to have all orders out the next day, however we reserve the ability to take up to five business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm for special circumstances. 

Carriers


Currently we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • Canada Post
  • FedEx
  • Purolator
  • UPS


Order Tracking

Due to the value of these items all orders will be shipped with a tracking number and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipping charges for any items returned to us by the carrier as a result of customer failure to take delivery will be deducted from the customer’s payment before a refund is issued.


Free Shipping

Shipping is Free Canada Wide for most areas, however please note that some over size items or shipments to certain remote locations in Canada in which our Shipping Service Providers do not have easy access to, extra charges may apply. If extra charges are required you will be contacted and you will have the option to continue with your updated order or you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will have the opportunity to review the final shipping rates.

Local Pickup

Thunder & Lighting Inc. is located near Sherwood Park, Alberta Canada.  Currently we are  a web store only, however to help save on shipping times and shipping charges if applicable, we are willing to make arrangements to meet in Sherwood Park to deliver items to our customers at no extra charge. Please contact us to make arrangements or more details.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
