This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Thunder & Lighting Inc. The terms of the warranty are set by the manufacture and as such will depend on the specific product purchased.
The following warranty terms are set by the manufacturers and may change at anytime. We, Thunder and Lighting Inc., do our best to update any changes to the terms and conditions of the product warranty in a timely manner, however we will not be held responsible for any costs or damages resulting from incorrect information in the following warranty statements. The customer is responsible for verifying the warranty information with the manufacturer before purchasing.
If requested, as a service for our customers, Thunder & Lighting may choose to act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer. If the customer does not agree with the outcome of a warranty claim or the handling of the claim, it will be up to the customer to contact and negotiate with the manufacturer directly.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
What will be done to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance because of improper material or workmanship, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
Aurora Lighting Co. Products
Aurora Lighting Co offers a 2 year limited warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
All other products
The manufacturers offers a 1 year limited warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
